Please read these terms carefully before using RozgaarHub. They set out the basis on which we provide our overseas jobs platform and placement services.

1. About these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the RozgaarHub website and our overseas placement services. By creating an account or applying to a job, you agree to these terms.

2. Who can use RozgaarHub

You must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work abroad to use our placement services. You agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information about yourself and your documents.

3. Our role

RozgaarHub connects candidates with licensed overseas employers and helps manage the placement process, including visa, documentation, medicals and travel. We are a facilitator — the employment relationship is between you and the employer, on the terms of the offer letter and contract you sign.

4. Fees and refunds

Where a service fee applies, it is quoted to you upfront and in full before you commit. Our job-guarantee and refund terms, where offered, are provided in writing at the time of engagement and form part of your agreement with us.

5. Genuine offers only

We list only verified vacancies from licensed employers and provide genuine offer letters. We do not ask for money in exchange for a job offer itself. If anyone claiming to represent us does so, please report it to [email protected] immediately.

6. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the documents you submit, for attending scheduled interviews, trade tests and medicals, and for complying with the immigration laws of your destination country.

7. Limitation of liability

We take care to verify employers and support your placement, but we are not liable for an employer's independent decisions, changes in a destination country's immigration rules, or losses outside our reasonable control.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
